SHAKE ur HL

dear mira. nafsu ko ni kenapa?
nafsu makan mcm2 ko nak mkn
pantang org menyebut. trus ko menages2 nak mkn

tp bile makan. membazir. x abis
duhai nafsu mkn. kawal r sikit. org africa menanes x dpt mknn
yg ko ni dok membazir je.

ak x ikat perut. tp aku ikat nafsu mkn ku.
make sure mknn yg masuk ke perut itu perlu n berbaloi2.

2 days x minum shake
coz in 2 days jugk lah me membeli mknn di cafe n res.
sbb ikut nafsu mkn

jumaat menu

pagi - apple + mix tea
tgh hari - mihun hongkong
ptg - jog keliling tasik 4 times
mlm - ader kelas. just minum mix tea

sabtu menu

pagi - jog keliling tasik 4 times. thn walk to stadium utk berGYM
tgh hari - ikan keli + tempe + kangkung goreng
ptg - lepak2 dlm bilik. n had evening walk sikit (wit siti)
mlm - mix tea.

terasa malas nak wat shake.

tapi hari ni mula kan rutin seperti biase.

pg - x bgn tdo lg
tgh hari - choclate shake
ptg - mungkin akan kluar g mkn.. sbb nak meneman sit mkn. kesian dia x mkn 1 hari ni
JOG! lg. yea~
mlm - mix tea of coz.

currently goin to sharp 71kg
i can c.. penurunan agax slow

30/9 - 73kg now 7/10 - 71.3kg

it ok. baru 1 week. aim 3 kg in 2 weeks
mungkin sbb ak x mkn.
well we need food to burn our fats rite.
or air yg ak minum x cukup?

after i reach 70kg! SECRET RECIPES is my first res i want to go
nak makan kek lah!!!
